Chairman

Following college
and formal training in local and central government,
Peter became a Partner in Frank Graham & Partners
aged 29, and then enjoyed a successful career
leading the development and becoming Chief
Executive of the Frank Graham Group of consulting
engineers. Invited then to join Tarmac Construction
as a Director, he managed the privatisation
of PSA Projects from Government and grew a
substantial international business. He was
headhunted in a last ditch attempt to rescue
the ailing publicly quoted Kendell plc from
financial difficulties. On conclusion, he
was promptly invited to join Associated Holdings
construction group as a Director, to revitalize
the FM and term maintenance divisions. He
was also a non-executive director of Talfab
Holdings, manufacturers of profiled aluminum
and steel roofing and cladding. In 2000 he
led an MBI and refinancing of Robert West
Consulting and is now Chairman of that business
and its Holdings company. He is also a Government
appointed non-executive Director in EAIF (the
Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund), an international
funding agency for infrastructure projects
in sub-Saharan Africa, Chair of the Rural
Regeneration Zone of Advantage West Midlands,
and Vice Chair of the Child Brain Injury Trust,
a national charity. |
