Gloucester Terrace is a £1.5m residential development for CityWest Homes. It is a 6 storey building with car parking in the basement. Robert West has been commissioned to undertake both civil and structural designs for the development which is to retain its orginal features to match the adjacent Victorian properties. Robert West will facilitate the deepening of the existing basement in order to gain an extra floor within the development.
