27 Albemarle Street, Mayfair

Bremantel International recently secured planning permission from Westminster City Council for 27 Albemarle Street, Mayfair. It is proposed to extend and change the use of the building from offices to luxury apartments. Robert West were appointed to prepare an Energy Statement, Environmental Performance Statement and a Transport Statement the latter of which considered the impact of demand for car parking from future residents on the supply of on-street car parking in the local area.
