Paul Marshall Appointed As Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to advise you that the Board of Robert West Consulting Limited has announced the appointment of Paul Marshall as its Chief Operating Officer. Paul joined RWC on Monday, 28th September from White Young Green where he was previously Managing Director for Infrastructure and Rail and prior to that he headed the Rail Division of Owen Williams Group (now a part of Amey Infrastructure Services).
