East Road provides student accommodation and studios on seven floors together with approximately 1700 sq ft of commercial space within 10 minutes walk from Old Street Station. This new £25million development was completed by Mansell in June 2009 and now has student occupancy of around 70%. Robert West Consulting initially provided building design services to JG Land and was subsequently novated to Mansell under a Design & Build Contract. Robert West is currently engaged in two similar projects for Unite.
