Client: Wilson Bowden and Crest Regeneration
This is a public private partnership development which will be a first class, sustainable, employment led, mixed use scheme that will act as a regeneration catalyst.  The site is ex MOD and of strategic importance to Brighton and Hove.  

Added value
We assisted our client in determining the relative traffic impacts for a range of development options enabling a preferred development mix to be selected.  We built traffic junction models and produced a VISSIM microsimulation model of vehicle movements.  We supported our client in negotiations to agree the extent of off site highway/junction improvements.
