Management team

As Associate Director Bob has responsibility for the management of projects undertaken by the London office Property Team.

Having originally joined the company in 2001, as a Senior Engineer in the Orpington office, Bob showed his ability for project management on several projects, including a £100M residential development in Southampton and progressed to the role of Principal Engineer, where he took responsibility for the delivery and management of several projects varying in size and complexity from £1.5M to £100M and new build to refurbishment works on listed buildings.

After a short sabbatical Bob returned as Associate Director early in 2009 and brought his knowledge and experience of working on new build and refurbishment projects, including prestigious office developments, residential buildings and industrial schemes.

Bob has extensive experience in working on projects with multi-discipline teams and in Client facing roles, has excellent communication skills and is able to work with people at all levels. This helps ensure that projects are value engineered from the outset, tasks completed on time, delivered on budget and that Client expectations are met.
