Paul has recently joined the Board of Robert West Holdings and has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer of Robert West. Paul has a thorough knowledge of Railway and general Engineering and practice gained from over 30 years experience in the construction industry in consultancy, contractor and client organisations. Since his early career in British Rail he has maintained a hands on, high profile approach to the Rail sector.

Paul is a skilled communicator, highly organised, experienced leader with a collegiate approach and an appreciation of those supporting him. He is successful at targeting client objectives and of strategy, quality, time and value and can demonstrate an impressive track record of financial delivery of business, programmes and projects.

Paul has held a number of senior managerial and technical positions during his career, most recently as Managing Director of WYG (Infrastructure) where he was wholly accountable for directing an “Infrastructure” business in the Rail, Highways, Water and Regeneration sectors in the UK and Internationally. Through his confident, decisive, highly motivated and driven approach he has successfully improved business performance, profitability and placement of several recognised organisations within the industry.
