• When will I start work?
We are flexible on the start date, if you prefer to have a summer recovering from your finals and graduation you can start in September. Alternatively, we would be happy for you to join us in the early summer.
• Do you employ international graduates?
Yes, we have and we do in general, but we are mindful of future changes to government policy which may affect this. The decision to proceed with each candidate is made on a case-by-case basis.
• Where will I work?
You will be based in our London office, just south of Blackfriars Bridge, unless you have specifically applied for a graduate role in our Manchester office. If this is the case, you will be based in our office in the Ancoats area.
• What will the competency test involve?
It is a 30-minute test to establish your understand of the fundamentals of structural engineering. It is not intended to test you to your limit and beyond, but more to ensure you have a full grasp on concepts that will be important to you as you grow in engineering. It should not require any revision or practice if you are in your final year or have recently graduated.
