What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering innovative and practical engineering solutions for a range of marine projects.

Design Excellence: Deliver designs for marine structures, including jetties, quays, wharves, and cofferdams, working collaboratively within a team.

Lead projects: Oversee marine projects from tender through to detailed design, ensuring technical and commercial success.

Client-Focused Impact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism.

Project Management: Manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

What You Bring:
 
We’re looking for a driven and skilled engineer, with expertise in marine structures and a proactive approach to project responsibility.
 

Qualifications: BEng/MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical training.

Experience: Demonstrated success in marine projects within the UK, with a strong focus on structural design e.g. jetties, quays, wharves, and cofferdams.

Leadership: Strong decision-making ability and a collaborative mindset, to work effectively within a team.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM regulations and Quality Management Systems.

Geotechnical Proficiency: A good understanding of geotechnical principles related to marine engineering.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong project leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to deliver excellence.
